We take privacy matters very seriously. Any information disclosed to us by our clients is considered proprietary and confidential, including all such information relating to the Company's past, present, or future business activities, financial information, research, product design or development, personnel, and business opportunities.

We hold all confidential and proprietary information in confidence and will not use such information except as may be authorized by the client and will prevent its unauthorized dissemination.

Confidential information shall not include information previously known to us, the general public, or previously recognized as standard practice in the field.

Information regarding client financial matters is not discussed with anyone but the client. The client must authorize any communication between Downtown Bookkeeping and the CPA or other financial consultant.
